Creating high quality, accessible housing for people living with a disability

Our purpose-built home designs include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom free-standing houses and villas, and are designed to ensure tenants can live safely and independently.

We are a team of like-minded individuals with professional and lived experience in the legal, property, and disability sectors. We utilise great design to create quality homes for individuals with specialised housing needs.  We partner with specialists in the sector to provide what is needed today, and tomorrow, with a particular focus on enabling individual independence wherever possible.

The NDIS through the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) scheme works with accommodation providers such as Tilda Living to build new homes for people with a disability.  The aim is to provide high-quality, well-designed homes that utilise the latest technology to support independent living.  

Tilda Living builds homes that are centrally located, completely accessible, and integrated into the community.  

Our purpose-built home designs range from self-contained apartments to free-standing houses and are designed to ensure tenants can live safely and independently.

Peter was a Melbourne-based lawyer, with extensive corporate and commercial experience, before co-founding Tilda Living.

Peter is a co-founder of Tilda Living, bringing a wealth of experience in both the commercial real estate and disability living sector.

Ian Braham

Director

Ian delivers construction projects on time and on budget for Tilda Living, and specialises in complex builds in regional Victoria.

Tony Rutherford

Consultant

Tony is a dedicated consultant to Tilda Living and is a leading authority on the development, operation and management of Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Sara Nicholls

Program Manager

Sara joins the team with significant experience in financial services and small business operations. Her role involves overseeing and coordinating various projects across our build program and is pivotal to improving company efficiencies and developing program and project budgets.
