Exceeding Certification
High Physical Support refers to people with complex support needs who are likely to have broader physical access requirements and greater allowances for ceiling hoists and similar equipment.
Our high end design features exceed the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation certification for High Physical Support, as well as Liveable Housing Australia’s platinum design level High Physical Support certification under the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation guidelines.
Support staff are onsite 24 hours per day
Your NDIA-registered support staff will be onsite in their own dedicated apartment(s) 24 hours per day to assist tenants whenever needed. They are contactable via a range of technology, including wall buttons, personal devices and voice automation.
All homes are equipped with emergency power backup.
Home automation enables tenants to maximise their independence and privacy. Personal devices can be programmed to control lights, blinds, doors, air conditioning, television, bench tops and intercoms.
A two-way communication system allows for voice-activated alerts between tenants and support staff, while additional sensors can be programmed to alert support staff, on an individual needs-basis.
